MANUFACTURING TIMES AND DELIVERY

 

On completion of manufacturing and your order is completed the blinds will be packed and booked for delivery. An email with tracking details and shipping confirmation will be sent once products have been dispatched.

As our products are custom made, manufacturing times may slightly vary depending on stock and products ordered, if there is a long delay we will contact you as soon as we are aware to inform you. If you have a range of products in your order, products will be made and shipped together once all are completed.

*Please note, we cannot accept PO boxes as a delivery address. Delivery times will vary depending on your location.

WARRANTIES

All products made by Internet Blinds are covered by a limited lifetime warranty for as long as you have the products in a residential property.

This warranty does not cover:
Damage from misuse, improper installation, standard wear and tear and exposure to weather and sun.

RETURNS

At Internet Blinds, we custom make all products, as this is the case if there is a problem with your measurements or the colours you have chosen online, we cannot accept returns.
The products ordered go into manufacturing as soon as the order is placed, so therefore cannot be altered or changed.
Please ensure all measurements are correct and you are happy with the product and colours before confirming your order.

FABRIC COLOUR DISCLAIMER
From the images on the computer, colours may slightly vary. Please request samples to be sent out if you are not 100%. We recommend this before purchasing.

Dye lot variation can appear between finished blinds and from colour samples. The variances are minimal, but they can occur.

Internet Blinds reserves the right to cancel your order if:

  •         There is a stock shortage, in which case we will notify you of a suitable alternative replacement
  •         Your payment has been declined
  •         Any price discrepancies due to a website malfunction or a typing discrepancy listed on the site

If your order is cancelled, we will return funds to your account as soon as possible.

PRODUCT PICK UP
We do allow customers to pick up from our factory in Thomastown. Please ensure you are aware of the product sizes when organising to pick up and bring a suitable vehicle to do so.

We have designed and looked over our website to ensure there are no links attached that may be deemed undesirable for our customers.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
Internet Blinds will advise by email or text message when your item is ready to be dispatched. It is not possible to nominate a specific date for delivery, so we always mark authority to leave if there is no one to receive the delivery. If you do not wish for this to be an option, please advise on ordering the products and you can pick up from the nearest Depot.

FREIGHT DAMAGES
TO APPLY FOR THE FOLLOWING YOU MUST PAY THE ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR DELIVERY INSURANCE ON YOUR PRODUCTS, THIS WILL COVER YOUR ORDER FROM ANY DELIVERY DAMAGE OR LOSS.
If you are home at the time of delivery and the box looks to be damaged, please DO NOT sign for the delivery and refuse the items.
We will then investigate the damage and get the products rectified and shipped to you again!
If you are not home at the time of delivery, and the products are damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and items and email through to sales@pricerightblinds.com.au.
Alternatively, phone us and we will find a solution to the problem and re manufacture the products.

ALL DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE DELIVERY TO BE COVERED, DO NOT INSTALL A DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCT AS THIS WILL VOID WARRUNTEE.

REFUND AND RETURNS

Your satisfaction is our first priority at Internet Blinds. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.
